Wan Chai’s popular Cantonese and hot pot restaurant showcases new, abundant choices for hot pot for one

Celebrating its creative soup bases and hot pot ingredients as well as its abundant a la carte Cantonese options, Wan Chai’s Megan’s Kitchen is launching a new Surf & Turf personal hot pot dinner menu. Hot pot lovers can indulge in a menu that features the freshest from land and sea, from whole Boston lobster to a choice of premium meats such as Prime US boneless short rib, Japanese Kurobuta pork, Japanese Miyazaki chicken thighs, and supreme Mongolian lamb.
