Celebrating the art of the Japanese omakase, Nadaman at the Island Shangri-La Hong Kong is presenting an exclusive sushi menu, where guests can enjoy a selection of premium sushi prepared meticulously by the establishment’s team of experienced Japanese master chefs. The dinner menu features 20 courses prepared with the best catches and seasonal produce served at their optimal peaks. The special sushi omakase menu is available from Wednesday to Sundays each week at the sushi counter only. The menu is priced at HK$1,500 per person.
