Ta-Ke Highlights Its Nabemono Offerings This Spring

The arrival of warmer weather should never be a reason to say no to hotpots. Causeway Bay’s Ta-Ke has launched a new shabu-shabu set menu, where guests can indulge in premium meats such as fire pork from Kumamoto prefecture and varieties of seasonal fresh fish, shellfish, and the establishment’s selections of premium Japanese wagyu beef. The shabu-shabu menu also includes three varieties each of appetisers,
sashimi, and tempura, together with a choice between udon and rice, and seasonal sorbet as dessert.
