Three-Michelin-starred T’ang Court at The Langham, Hong Kong, presents a five-course champagne dinner for one night only on 21 April, 2021, showcasing the finest bubbly from Taittinger’s prestigious portfolio of French champagne, priced at HK$1,780 per person. Presenting a new champagne pairing menu, this dinner will showcase T’ang Court’s time-honoured delicacies and signature dishes such as the chilled South African abalone with white asparagus and jelly fish, baked fresh lobster with salted egg yolk, beef cheek with turnip and dried dates in soup, and Beche-de-Mer filled with minced pork, and braised with spring onion and dried shrimp roe. The dinner will also feature four more exemplary champagnes from the renowned Champagne House of Taittinger including the Brut Reserve N.V., Prelude Grands Crus N.V., Vintage Brut 2013, and Nocturne Rosé (Sec) N.V. City Light.
