The Chinese restaurant at The Langham start the year afresh with luxury seafood signature dishes
This New Year’s Eve, T’ang Court at The Langham welcomes the year 2021 with a luxurious winter banquet menu showcasing the restaurant’s most celebrated seafood signature dishes, designed by master chef Kwong Wai-Keung and executive chef Wong Chi-Fai. The menu features highlights including baked stuffed crab with crabmeat and onion; double-boiled fish maw with sea whelks and conpoy; and braised dried abalone with sea cucumber. The seven-course New Year’s Eve dinner menu is available for one night only on 31 December and is priced at HK$1,688 per person.
