The fourth edition of the restaurant festival showcases Taste-exclusive dishes and new attractions

This March, Taste of Hong Kong returns to the Central Harbourfront with an all-new restaurant line up and a series of new dining attractions for the four-day gourmet festival. From March 21 to 24, guests can sample a feast curated from signature dishes from a new line-up of restaurants.

Returning to this year’s festival are popular Japanese establishments Haku, Zuma, and casual Italian Pici, while the rest are all new, including Chinese restaurants such as John Anthony, Hoi King Heen, and Old Bailey, as well as Francis, Artemis and Apollo, Chom Chom, Flying Elk, and Sausage Commitment by Okra. Each restaurant will feature four dishes, with one HK$50 option, one festive-exclusive dish, and one considered ‘icon dish’ with limited availability.
