The special collection contains signature recipes selected by award-winning Peninsula chefs and mixologists

The Peninsula Hotels is releasing a special collection of e-cookbooks, A Taste of The Peninsula for guests to recreate the moments and memories of their beloved Peninsula properties right at the comfort of their homes.

By sharing these closely-guarded culinary secrets, The Peninsula Hotels hope to remind the guests of the delicacies they will enjoy when they visit any of the group's hotels in the future.

The collection includes signature dishes selected by award-winning Peninsula chefs and mixologists, curated with guests in mind and include delights from different regions where The Peninsula Hotels are located—from New York, Tokyo to Manila and Paris among others.

Some of the recipes include light and healthy dishes from The Lobby; rich, savoury Cantonese preparations from The Peninsula Hotels' Michelin-starred restaurant Spring Moon and decadent pastries and desserts that evoke the cherished tradition of The Peninsula afternoon tea.

Guests can revisit the flavours of signature Peninsula tipples as cocktail recipes are also included.

The e-cookbook is divided into sections and includes breakfast, soup, salads and appetisers, Chinese dishes, main courses, pastries and desserts, and cocktails.
