The Langham’s seafood restaurant showcases land and sea specialities in unique three-course dinner tasting menu

To celebrate the arrival of summer, Bostonian Seafood And Grill of The Langham Hong Kong is kicking off the season with a unique three-course tasting menu. Begin the meal with a selection of seafood starters such as freshly shucked seasonal oysters served with mignonette vinegar, cocktail sauce and lemon, or a Hokkaido scallop crudo with calamansi ponzu sauce, tomato, avocado, salmon roe and summer black truffle, or a heart-warming summer red prawn and mussel chowder with lemongrass and tomato broth.

The summer tasting menu offers a selection of mains, from grilled red snapper in banana leaves served with samba to slow-cooked Australian wagyu short rib with green exotic salad and chilli lime barbecue dressing, as well as a charcoal grilled US ‘Tomahawk’ pork chop marinated with tamarind, garlic, and lime, served with ginger butter and lightly charred broccolini. A charcoal grilled rib-eye is also available at an additional cost as main course.

The three-course menu ends with the restaurant’s signature Great ‘Sweet’ Barrier Reef, a creative dessert created by the restaurant’s pastry team. The three-course summer celebration menu is available from now until the end of July 31. The menu is priced at HK$688 per person.
