The Tatler Dining Best Restaurants Awards were held simultaneously in Hong Kong and Singapore on November 19, 2018, celebrating the achievements of those in F&B. The Hong Kong event, held at the brand-new Hong Kong Ocean Park Marriott Hotel, brought together over 600 of the industry's leading chefs, restaurateurs, mixologists and F&B professionals for a night of revelry as we announced the new Top 20 Best Restaurants and Best Of The Year Award recipients.
