From March 14 to April 6, guest chef Siriluck Lekkwan will bring home-style Thai cuisine to the hotel’s Café

From 14 March until 6 April, Café at the Hyatt Regency Hong Kong, Sha Tin welcomes guest chef Siriluck Lekkwan (also known as chef Mum), who will prepare an array of delectable Thai cuisine during the lunch and dinner buffets.  

Chef Mum’s dishes represent the perfect combination of classical training, authentic seasonings and fresh produce. She has been captivating gourmands all over the world for over 30 years with her cooking techniques, including Thailand’s royal family members, local and international diners at Grand Hyatt Erawan Bangkok, as well as Grand Hyatt Macau.

During her visit, guests may savour a selection of refreshing appetisers, homemade curries and soups with enticing flavour variations, along with mouth-watering classic Thai desserts to complete the feast.  Signature dishes include:

- Prawn soup with coconut milk, galangal and lemongrass

- Stir-fried Thai noodles with shrimp, beansprouts and eggs

- Prawn in red curry with coconut milk

- Coconut crème brûlée 

- Sticky rice with mango
