Every year, our team of restaurant reviewers has the arduous task of visiting hundreds of the region’s top dining rooms in the pursuit of culinary perfection. In the 12 months since our 30th anniversary edition, we can confidently say that the city has become an even better place to dine. We’ve witnessed it in the spate of restaurant openings, a trend that shows no sign of slowing down, and in the quality of the food and drink that we have been privileged to experience.

After months of dining around town, we are proud to unveil the 2015 Hong Kong Tatler Best Restaurants guide. In it, we doff our hats and lift our glasses to the people behind some of our most memorable dining experiences, with awards for Best New Chef, Best Sommelier, Best Front of House and so on.

Throughout the next week, we’ll be featuring each of these winners on Hong Kong Tatler Dining and the runners-up so you can find out more about why each of them have received top honours.
