The seafood restaurant at The Langham, Hong Kong introduces new themed hot platters in its buffet spread

Celebrated for its fresh seafood and international delicacies, The Bostonian Seafood and Grill is revamping its semi-buffet lunch menu with daily-changing themes. Guests can indulge in 8 types of farm salads, sushi and sashimi, charcuterie and cheese from specific food stations. Notable items also include a limitless selection of seafood, including three varieties of freshly-shucked oysters, Australian Balmain bugs, Pacific Ocean tiger prawns, and oyster Mornay.

The hotel’s seafood restaurant also presents three varieties of themed hot dishes. Changing daily, guests can sample the best of barbecued meats on Wednesdays, as well as sustainable tiger prawn skewers and salmon wrapped in pandan leaves on ‘Seafood Fridays’.  Other restaurant staple main courses include rib-eye steak, Australian wagyu beef, Alaskan scallops, best enjoyed before a collection of house-made desserts.  

The Bostonian’s semi-buffet lunch is available from Monday to Saturday at HK$378 per person. Guests can also take the appetiser buffet only option at HK$298 per adult and HK$189 per child between ages 5 and 11.
