The Chinese Library Presents A Truffle Twist On Tradition

Celebrating the arrival of truffle season, Aqua Group’s The Chinese Library presents a brand new truffle-themed dinner menu available throughout this autumn. Guests can enjoy chef Junno Li’s new creations such as Chiuchow slow-braised lion head goose, as well as pan-seared scallops with green and white asparagus topped with black truffle sauce. For an additional cost, guests can indulge in the option of adding more truffles shaved tableside. The tasting menu is priced at HK$888 per person, with a wine pairing option available at an additional cost of HK$488 per person.
Guests at The Chinese Library and The Dispensary can enjoy the mixologist’s seasonal special White Truffle Encounter, a new cocktail prepared with truffle fat-washed Ketel One vodka, lillet blanc, vermouth, and clarified tomato juice, topped with a shaving of white truffles. The cocktail is priced at HK$288, inclusive of two bar snacks from The Chinese Library: the wagyu beef and black pepper puff and white truffle har gau.
The white truffle dinner menu and exclusive cocktail are available from now until December 15.
