Langham Hospitality Group launches a new brand of the festive pastry crafted by the master chefs from the group’s Chinese restaurants

Reigniting nostalgia and bringing childhood stories to life, Langham Hospitality Group is launching Ming Mooncakes, a brand featuring the mid-autumn festival pastries created by chefs from the group’s Chinese establishments such as Wan Chai’s Yat Tung Heen, The Cordis’ Ming Court, and The Langham’s T’ang Court. Designed with vivid illustrations by local artist Vivian Ho, the packaging features the playful interpretation of the myth of the Moon Goddess, jade rabbit and other mid-autumn related stories.

Flavours include miniature custard with egg yolk, as well as a fruitier version of miniature custard with egg yolk and kumquat mooncakes. Both varieties come in boxes of six mini mooncakes, and are priced at HK$388 each. Reservations for purchase can be made online here
