The Tsim Sha Tsui buffet restaurant is proud to debut a new extravagant new concept

On 13 January 2018, Café on M at the InterContinental Grand Stanford Hong Kong will be debuting a refreshed format for their popular buffet offering. The feasts will take place every second Saturday of each month and will feature over ten types of succulent seafood, including chilled Boston lobster and snow crab legs; fresh sashimi such as sea urchin, sweet prawns and scallops; as well as a string of international delicacies that are prepared à la minute. Every guest is entitled to a complimentary piece of braised abalone in brown sauce. To finish, do not miss a slice from the 1.5 meter-long Napoleon cake to perfectly wrap up the night.
The buffet is priced at HK$888 per adult, HK$648 per senior (service charge of 10% waived), and HK$438 per child (aged 4—11).
