Sai Ying Pun’s seafood restaurant celebrates the best ocean harvest in eight courses on lovers’ special day

Celebrating Valentine’s Day this year at Fish School, as the esteemed seafood restaurant is presenting a unique eight-course menu, showcasing the best from land and sea, with highlights such as oyster and caviar, foie gras and monkfish liver terrine, and baked abalone in garlic chive butter. Female guests can also enjoy a limited edition dessert of flower sorbet prepared with locally grown edible flowers and herbs. The eight-course Valentine’s Day menu is priced at HK$890 per person and is available after 6:00 pm on February 14, 2018.
