Hyatt Regency’s classic European restaurant showcases festive gourmet treats throughout Christmas

Celebrating the festive holiday season, Hugo’s executive sous chef Josef Gallenberger is presenting his Silent Night six-course menu for the first time, when it debuts on Christmas Eve. Guests can indulge in an exclusive six-course European gourmet menu, with highlights such as French Charolais beef fillet Rossini with celery root, cherry, carrot, and Alba white truffles; truffled brie de meaux with pumpkin, mustard fruit and black walnut; and tantalizing sweets such as chocolate Christmas log cake with gingerbread crème brulee and eggnog ice cream.

Marinated yellow-fin tuna with smoked watermelon, radish, wasabi ice cream and ginger

Hugo’s exclusive six-course menu is available on December 24, 2017 and is priced at HK$1,898 per person.
