The second branch of the establishment delights with impressive interior design, stunning harbour view and fine array of Chinese delicacies

Housed within Harbour City, the Kowloon branch of China Tang recently opened its doors, following the opening of the China Tang at Landmark Atrium in Central in 2013. The Tsim Sha Tsui branch continues the brand’s iconic and intricate interior design, conceived and designed by Sir David Tang, but this time there’s a panoramic harbour view to match.

Acclaimed chef Albert Kwok-keung Au takes the helm of the restaurant as group executive chef, joining forces with the restaurant’s executive chef Kin-kuen Mak, in creating the wide range of Chinese cuisine offerings, from dim sum, bar snacks, lunch specials, and Chinese barbecue specialties, as well as a la carte options. Notable signatures at the new China Tang include:

- Honey glazed cicken liver skewer with pork belly
- Traditional Beijing roasted duck
- Red wine flavoured goose liver terrine
- Orange flavoured beef jerky
- Grilled river eel fillets

Aside from its stunning sea view, China Tang also features five private rooms, as well as a bar lounge serving cocktails and all-day dining options including dim sum and express lunch selections.
