This spring, Mandarin Grill + Bar is launching  a brand new sunset tasting menu where guests can enjoy a wide range of grill specialities as well as the restaurant’s classics. Designed and crafted by the kitchen team led by Simon Guthridge, the exclusive set menu showcases a selection of Mandarin Grill’s signature dishes, including homemade applewood smoked salmon; steak tartare; lobster bisque; slow-roasted USDA prime rib of beef; and beef Wellington. The feast is complemented by a sunset garden view of Statue Square. The three-course tasting menu is available daily from 6:00 pm onwards. Guests can enjoy a beverage selected from the restaurant’s premium cocktails, wines, and refreshing mocktails. The sSunset tasting menu is priced at HK$1,288 per person.
