The Steak House Presents Strauss Beef At Artisan Beef Series

Intercontinental Hong Kong’s steakhouse presents the International debut of US Free-raised Strauss Beef

Continuing its series of beef promotions with artisanal farms around the world, The Steak House presents the international launch of US Free-Raised Strauss Angus beef. From now until August 31, guests can sample this unique beef cut exclusively at the celebrated steakhouse at the Intercontinental Hong Kong.

For three generations the Strauss family farmers have mastered all natural, biological, soil-balancing methods to create livestock raising methods beyond organic. The fully grass-fed Strauss cattle yields tender beef with balanced marbling and particularly low in saturated fat, cholesterol and total fat. From now until July 15, Craig Couper, executive chef of Michael Jordan’s Steakhouse in Chicago will present a special four-course menu, together with a la carte options showcasing the unique beef. The Steak House’s chef Chiu Ming Chan will follow up from on an exclusive Strauss free-raised Angus beef menu from July 16 to August 31.
