Central’s creative cocktail bar launches a new way to enjoy cocktails on-the-go

While cocktails are best enjoyed freshly prepared by mixologists, there are ways to preserve its freshness through means such as canning. This month, The Woods, Central’s answer to creative cocktails are launching Kwoon, a new artisanal canned cocktails and its concept store and namesake bar. 

Designed with a bespoke size and customized artwork design the collection of Kwoon cocktails are created and prepared by the same mixology team that creates cocktails at The Woods. Stored without artificial preservatives, contents within each container can remain non-perishable for up to two months. Guests can enjoy a number of signature varieties including High Tea (gin infused with chrysanthemum flowers) and Madam Ching (dark rum cocktail with black ginger).

Later this month, Kwoon Concept Bar will open in Soho, offering guests cocktails dispensed from taps and on-location canning service. Cocktails are on offer by the glass and to-go, each priced ranging from HK$70 to HK$100 each. The new bar will also showcase an array of signature bar snacks. The new Kwoon Concept Bar tentatively opens late February.
