This spring, diners will have the chance to partake in ThinkWine’s latest wine pairing experience involving an exciting chef line-up

From February to May, ThinkWine will welcome chefs from a number of restaurants to takeover the bar for an exclusive one-night only collaboration. Chefs will offer diners a special snacks menu featuring both signature dishes from their restaurant as well as off-menu specials to pair with ThinkWine’s diverse wine menu, carefully crafted by French sommeliers Romain Loriot and Jean-Benoit Issele for the occasion.

March 19 2020 – Chef Agustin Balbi of Haku
April 9 2020 – Chef Oli Marlow of Roganic
April 16 2020 – Chef Maxime Gilbert of Ecriture
May 17 2020 – Chef Ricardo Chaneton of Mono
May 28 2020 – Chef Peggy Chan

Chef menus will range from farm-to-table fare to delightful French appetisers that are bound to enhance your wine tasting experience.
