The esteemed hot pot restaurant launches a new dinner menu designed for lovers

To celebrate the most romantic day of the year, Megan’s Kitchen is launching an exclusive Valentine’s Day hot pot dinner menu. Guests can begin with welcome drinks, selected from the restaurant’s collection of white wines and champagnes.  Guests can select two kinds of Megan’s Kitchen’s signature soup bases, including the restaurant's signatures such as  tomato and crab soup in soufflé finish and tom yum koon cappuccino soup, among many. There will be an assortment of meats such as Australian grass-fed rib eye, New Zealand venison shoulder, and ostrich fillet, as well as favourites such as stuffed cuttlefish balls with escargot and stuffed pork meatballs with chestnut. The special menu for two also includes foie gras and duck meat dumplings, fresh crabmeat and crab roe dumplings, plus vegetables, mushrooms and noodle platters, ending with a heart-shaped cheesecake as dessert. Guests ordering the exclusive set menu will receive a complimentary rose and instant photo opportunities. The Valentine’s day hot pot menu is priced at HK$1,388 for two.
