Michelin-starred Man Wah, often referred to as Hong Kong’s most beautiful dining space, has been delighting guests with its exquisite Cantonese fare since 1968. Offering views of Victoria Harbour and the city skyline on the 25th floor, the dining institution pays homage to time-honoured Cantonese cuisine while ushering in a new era of creative fine dining.

Guided by chef Wong Wing-Keung’s mission to deepen appreciation for Cantonese cuisine, Man Wah’s new menu features refined classics as well as offering diners the opportunity to discover often overlooked culinary gems and forgotten delicacies. A few highlights include deep-fried matsutake mushroom pudding, classic barbecued duck feet roll, sautéed lobster with superior fish broth, braised pork belly with taro and pan-fried Hokkaido scallop with bean crumb.

The five-course set lunch menu is priced at HK$688 per person and the six-course set dinner menu is priced at HK$1,888 per person.
