What: Quite possibly the quintessential business breakfast spot, there is something for everyone here. The spacious seating and large windows allow natural light to filter throughout the space. CAFÉ GRAY DELUXE
What: We love the modern vibe here, and at the top of The Upper House, the view isn’t bad either. Indulge in one of the breakfast sets, or go à la carte with dishes such as the ham and cheese crepe with melted gruyere cheese, short rib eggs benedict, or truffled scrambled eggs on butter croissant.

THE CONTINENTAL
What: Unsurprisingly, continental breakfast options can be found here, with selections that can cater to all requests. Not that hungry? Opt for ‘the lighter breakfast.’ Skipped dinner last night? Then the rib-eye steak with eggs and tomato may be for you. For us? We’re particularly fond of the American pancakes with streaky bacon and maple syrup.

GRADINI
What: Located in a hidden boutique hotel just a stone’s throw away from major office buildings in Central, the inviting space at Gradini provides just the right level of privacy for discussing business deals over a quiet breakfast.

MO BAR
What: Known for their afternoon tea sets, the breakfast at MO Bar is also worth a look. In addition to the breakfast buffet (obviously), guests can order farm-fresh organic eggs cooked to their liking, served with hash browns, oven-roasted tomatoes and toast. For a dash of decadence, try the Valrhona chocolate milk.
