The Japanese-Italian restaurant offers free flow champagne served by personal butler with panoramic sky-rise views of Victoria Harbour

This season, Aqua is offering its guests an upgrade to the establishment’s Italian-Japanese brunch, with an option to pair the experience with free-flow Dom Perignon Vintage 2008. Guests can make use of a ‘press for champagne’ button and be served the exclusive bubbly by a white-suited butler tableside.

The brunch begins with Italian charcuterie and cheese with roasted vegetables; followed by burrata cheese, sushi and sashimi sharing platters, followed by Italian and Japanese seafood course which includes tomato and brandy crab cappelletti in crab consommé and Japanese barley risotto with sakura shrimp. Guests can also indulge in the restaurant’s signature main course such as tiger prawn tempura with freshly picked homegrown mitsuba and stone-grilled wagyu sirloin, as well as a signature Japanese-Italian dessert platter featuring homemade tiramisu, yuzu panna cotta, and miniature gelato cones and champagne pralines. The Dom Perignon champagne brunch is priced at HK$1,488 per person inclusive of free flow of Dom Perignon Vintage 2008 and Aqua’s signature cocktails, wines, beer, and sake. The exclusive brunch is available by reservation on weekends and public holidays from 12:00pm to 3:00pm.
