Celebrating the best of both Italian and Japanese cuisines, Tsim Sha Tsui’s Aqua presents a new golden ticket dinner menu featuring signature dishes from its two kitchens – Aqua Kyoto and Aqua Roma. The six-course signature menu showcases favourites such as sushi and sashimi, stone-grilled wagyu beef and black truffle and parmesan risotto, as well as the establishment’s signature dessert platter. Guests can indulge in an Italian cheese platter or servings of Aristocrat caviar with Pata Negra jamon Iberico at an additional cost. For beverage options, Aqua offers a two-hour free-flow of wines, sake, and spirits with Saint Louis Blanc de Blancs for an additional HK$100 per person; or adding unlimited premium champagne on the above priced at HK$300 per person. The golden ticket dinner menu is priced at HK$688 per person, available from now until May 31, 2020.
