Tsim Sha Tsui’s Bostonian Seafood & Grill Launches Brand New Weekend Brunch

This spring season, Bostonian Seafood & Grill of The Langham Hong Kong is extending its weekend brunch offering to a lengthened champagne free-flow period. Guests can enjoy succulent seafood and gourmet delights paired with unlimited refill of Perrier-Jouet champagne.
From now until December 28, guests at The Bostonian can begin their weekend brunch experience with the restaurant’s signature seafood tower showcasing a range of fresh catches, followed by appetisers such as gravlax, ; European charcuterie, artisanal cheeses, carved-to-order Iberico ham and Caesar salad prepared at the live food station, as well as a range of pass-around treats such as baked scallop and carved dry-aged beef. Guests also have an option to choose from a range of made-to-order main courses, such as the establishment’s signature wagyu beef cheek, followed by selections from the hotel buffet spread.
The four-hour weekend brunch is available on Saturdays and Sundays, priced at HK$688 per adult and HK$344 per child with free-flow soft drinks and orange juice. Adult guests can opt for free-flow beverage option at HK$838 per person, inclusive of unlimited house wines, beers, soft drinks, orange juice and Perrier-Jouet Grand Brut N.V. champagne. An option of HK$988 per person also includes the above free-flow options with a champagne upgrade to Perrier-Jouet Blason Rose N.V.champagne.
