The Italian restaurant at Marco Polo Hongkong Hotel welcomes Christmas and New Year’s Eve with a special celebration

This holiday season, savour Italian dishes with dazzling views at Cucina’s Christmas and New Year celebrations. The establishment’s chef de cuisine Andrea Delzanno has put together a classic Italian feast on Christmas Eve and Christmas day, featuring Italian signature dishes such as duck liver terrine and breast with apple compote, balsamic caviar and cranberry sauce; linguine with carabineros jumbo red prawn, tomatoes and brandy sauce, together with a main course of roasted beef tenderloin, Alaskan king crab, banana shallot, green pea purée and black garlic sauce. The Christmas special menu completes with mixed berry sherbet with marinated strawberry, limoncello foam and meringue. 

On Christmas Day, the Italian restaurant at Marco Polo Hongkong Hotel will be offering a holiday exclusive brunch, showcasing a seafood tower of oysters, lobsters, and more, together with antipasti, duck liver burgers, pasta prepared a la minute; and hot main dishes such as festive turkey and pannetone with vanilla sauce as dessert.  

Cucina is also home to a six-course set dinner on New Year’s Eve, as well as a countdown party from 9:00pm to 1:00am on New Year’s Eve, where guests can indulge in unlimited refill of prosecco, wines, beers, spirits, soft drinks, and canapes over performances of drummers and live DJ. The New Year’s Eve countdown party is priced at HK$650 per person. Reservations are strongly recommended.
