The Italian restaurant launches seven new dishes featuring the freshest white asparagus from Germany

As Germany’s white asparagus peaks this season, chef Andrea Delzanno of Tsim Sha Tsui’s Cucina is launching a brand new collection of dishes featuring these AAA-sized spears. Celebrated for its pristine quality and aroma, The seasonal asparagus spears are simmered until tender and served with homemade sauces at Cucina, where seven new dishes are available this season. Highlights in the new white asparagus menu includes poached white asparagus with Hollandaise sauce and Parma ham; risotto with white asparagus, red prawn carpaccio, and Oscietra caviar; and Iberian pork pluma with spiced balsamic glaze, white asparagus, butter and sage. The new collection of white asparagus dishes are available now until June 5, 2020.
