Indulge in exotic delicacies at The Royal Garden’s Vietnamese establishment

Summer is the perfect season to savour refreshing Vietnamese fare. This season, chef Do Thi Thuy Linh of The Royal Garden’s Le Soleil is presenting a brand new menu for the warmest months of the year. Highlights of the new menu include signature dishes such as rice paper rolls with Vietnamese sausage and shrimps; baby lotus root and mixed fruits salad; braised clams in coconut milk and laksa leaves, and crispy soft shell crab with curry sauce and farm bread. The new summer delights at Le Soleil are available from now until end of July 2020.
