This season, Tycoon Tann is serving up a new nourishing seasonal winter menu for health benefits and clay pot delicacies to keep you warm. From now until February 2019, guests can indulge in a selection of the establishment’s signature dishes featured in its eight-course Winter Solstice Menu, festive brunch and an eight-course Christmas and New Year menu.
The festive menu features notable creations such as deep-fried crab with dried chilli, garlic, and rice flour rolls, braised lamb brisket with tofu sheets in clay pot, claypot rice in casserole with preserved meat and Chinese sausage, double-boiled silkie chicken soup with fresh ginseng, fried egg whites with fresh crab meat and black truffle, and smoked pigeon with 30-year aged Pu’er tea.
