The Cantonese restaurant showcases “Her Sense, Her Philosophy” art exhibition by local emerging artist Liane Chu

As part of Art Month, Tycoon Tann is presenting a brand new art-inspired dining experience, featuring ‘Her Sense, Her Philosophy’, an art exhibition by local emerging artist Liane Chu. From now until May 31, guests can indulge in an exclusive eight-course menu, featuring three new dishes inspired by Chu’s works. Created around the theme of ‘crackle splash’ which revolves around Chu’s own life philosophy and emotions, the entire collection consists of eight art pieces symbolising the message of hope and positivity. The art-inspired tasting menu also includes the restaurant’s signature slow-roasted US Angus beef short rib, among many artistic dishes. The eight-course tasting menu is priced at HK$888 per person.
