This Mother’s Day, Tycoon Tann is collaborating with renowned British tea brand Twinings in the launch of an exclusive eight-course modern Chinese menu, featuring dishes paired with two newly-crafted herbal brews from the esteemed brand’s Platinum series of teas. Guests can sample Tycoon Tann’s double-boiled sea whelk and pigeon soup with Berry Blush tea, as well as wok-fried king prawns with camomile, as well as the restaurant’s signature charcoal-grilled Hungarian Mangalica hogs with honey sauce, crispy chicken with black truffle, and stir-fried quinoa rice with porcini and egg whites. Guests in a party of four or larger will receive a complimentary gift of Earl Grey tea from Twinings’ Classics series. The festive special herbal tea menu is priced at HK$888 per person.
