The Central restaurant has introduced new dim sum and summer cocktails in their weekend brunch menu

Weekends are best for relaxing and unwinding over free-flow champagne, and at Tycoon Tann diners can enjoy a sumptuous weekend brunch, where traditional Chinese cuisine is given an innovative twist and paired with unlimited refills of G.H. Mumm champagne. The Chinese restaurant is also offering a complimentary refill of dim sum, soup, signature dishes, carb options and desserts during the weekend brunch, including newly crafted varieties such as pan-fried wagyu beef buns, steamed tofu and minced pork with chilli sauce dumplings, and coconut panna cotta for dessert.

The new weekend brunch runs throughout the summer season, and is best accompanied by the season’s new cocktails such as Lavender’s Joy (homemade lavender syrup, rum, orange bitters, cranberry juice and lemon juice) , The Fifth Flower (chamomile-infused gin, osmanthus honey, orange juice, lemon juice, egg whites, and osmanthus powder), as well as an array of fizzy concoctions.
