Formerly housing iconic restaurant M At The Fringe, the space has been reinvented into a new restaurant serving Nove’s dim sum together with Chiuchow and Cantonese fare throughout the day. The food offerings at the second branch of Nove are overseen by dim sum master chef Wong Yiu-Por of China Tang and Island Tang, Chiuchow cuisine chef Poon Kwai-Chung of Chiu Tang, and Cantonese chef Chan Hing-Kei. The new all-day restaurant also showcases new, venue-exclusive dishes such as barbecued pork, together with dishes in honour of esteemed local artists such as Eugene Pao (wagyu bao), Ted Lo (crispy turnip pastry), and a special Doyle's Beer dedicated to cinematographer Christopher Doyle.

Nove’s new Fringe Club location is designed by Albert Kwan, who brings chinoiserie style and oriental art accents while highlighting history of the famed art hub in Central where the restaurant resides. The all-day restaurant will also be offering a selection of prosecco cocktails and Chinese tea-inspired cocktails, created by resident mixologist Kama Ma. Due to current Covid-19 restrictions, the 50-seat restaurant is open from 12:00pm to 6:00pm until further notice—please call ahead to ensure that the restaurant is open before visiting.
