Unwind with cheese and wine at The Upper House’s new outdoor dining concept, C’est Cheese — The House Cheeserie

Not long after announcing Cafe Gray Deluxe's new afternoon tea collaboration with Teakha, The Upper House is back with another new pop-up dining concept.

Located on the hotel's sixth floor, C’est Cheese — The House Cheeserie is The Upper House’s newest casual dining concept. Allowing guests to dine al fresco at The Lawn––the hotel’s green space––the pop-up pairs the laid-back outdoor environment with high-quality artisanal cheese, charcuterie and wine.

Unveiling six cheeses for its grand opening, C’est Cheese’s current menu includes three semi-hard cheeses––Bastardo Di Grappa, Reblo Cremoso and Vacherin Fribourgeois AOP, one soft cheese, Mothais Sur Feuille, one hard-cheese, Toma Del Maccagno, and one blue cheese option, Gorgonzola Dolce.

While the cheese menu changes weekly, you can expect nothing but the best fromages shipped straight from France, Italy, Switzerland and the Netherlands to satisfy all your after-work cravings. Wash down each cheesy bite with the restaurant’s selection of wine and bubbles, all handpicked by award-winning chef sommelier, Leo Au.

The cheese bar is open daily from 5pm-11pm, and guests visiting from 5pm to 7pm can enjoy 50 per cent off selected wines. Cheese boards are available from $275 for a selection of three cheeses, HK$475 for five and HK$675 for seven.
