The chefs from two of T.Dining’s Top 20 Best Restaurants will come together to host four days of culinary crossovers in Hong Kong and Macau

Joining the list of chef collaborations this spring is Vicky Cheng of Vea and Tam Kwok-fung of Jade Dragon, both listed in T.Dining’s Top 20 Best Restaurants (chef Tam’s restaurant has consistently won this award for five consecutive years). The two esteemed chefs are set to present a four-day culinary showcase that will take place in their respective cities between March 7 and 10.

The chefs will design four unique menus, served at both lunch and dinner, to be presented at Vea (March 7-8), and Jade Dragon (March 9-10).  Together they will present the best of their signature creations, which will be paired with prized wines.

Guests can indulge in iconic dishes from these two chefs, such as Tam’s steamed garoupa fillet with egg white custard and Chinese aged hua diao wine sauce, braised wagyu beef cheek with aged mandarin peel and port wine sauce, and osmanthus pigeon, as well as Cheng’s crispy sea cucumber with flower crab and rice noodles, rabbit fish with fish congee, caviar and mandarin skin, and sweet potato with ginger and salted Hokkaido milk.

The eight-course dinner at Vea on March 7 and 8 is priced at HK$2,280 per person, with a four-course lunch option on March 8, at HK$988 per person. Jade Dragon will follow up with a different eight-course dinner menu on March 9 and 10, priced at HK$1,988 per person, and a four-course lunch at HK$988 per person.
