VEA Welcomes Tokyo’s Florilege For A One-Night Four-Hands Collaboration This November

After a successful collaboration with Amber’s Richard Ekkebus in 2017 and Haku’s Agustin Balbi in 2018, Tokyo’s Florilege is returning to Hong Kong this November for a new four-hands dinner collaboration with VEA’s Vicky Cheng. For one night only on November 22, chef Hiroyasu Kawate of the celebrated Tokyo restaurant will showcase his innovative French fare in collaboration with Cheng. The chef duo will present their inventive dishes such as Kawate’s signature beef carpaccio and Cheng’s fish maw and sea cucumber. The VEA x Florilege four-hands collaboration dinner is priced at HK$2,880 per person with an additional option for wine or cocktail pairing at HK$780 per person.
