One Peking’s Aqua is offering a five-course Chinese New Year-inspired menu this year, showcasing the best of both Italian and Japanese kitchens. Signature dishes of this year’s menu include homemade veal ravioli with wild porcini mushrooms, dattarino tomato and truffle demi-glace and grilled black cod and steamed abalone topped with sakura shrimps and truffle miso. The festive menu is priced at HK$1,788 per person.

Hutong is toasting to the Year of the Rooster with its iconic Northern Chinese menu, with an auspicious nine-dish feast that matches with good blessings and the restaurant’s stylish décor. Look for the restaurant’s best boneless lamb ribs with pancakes, Hunan steamed cod fillet with fermented beans and double boiled chicken soup with sea whelks and morel mushrooms. The Hutong New Year menu is priced at HK$1,788 per person. 

Armani/Aqua and Aqua are serving a special edition of its ‘Because Brunch’, with a red packet giveaway promotion running throughout the four-day Chinese New Year weekend. Each table of guests will receive a red packet featuring prizes from mahjong with cocktails at Dim Sum Library to personalized cocktail designed and named after the lucky guest by aqua London mixologist Simone Rossi, among others. The special brunch promotion runs at both venues starting at HK$448 per person.

The Aqua Luna offers the ideal experience for the annual Chinese New Year fireworks, where guests hop aboard the signature red-sailed junk boat, cruising through the Victoria harbor enjoying pass-around canapes and drinks with the yearly fireworks on January 29. The Aqua Luna firework cruise experience is priced at HK$988 per person.
