2. <strong>November 11: A Nose-to-Tail Workshop With Fergus Henderson</strong>

The legendary Fergus Henderson of St John in London will return to Hong Kong this November along with business partner Trevor Gulliver, to join forces with Hawksmoor’s Richard Turner and Rhoda’s Nate Green. Rhoda will present a special one-off butchery workshop and light lunch in collaboration with T.Dining on November 11. During the event, guests will get the chance to hear directly from Henderson, Turner and Green the techniques and tricks of the trade as they demonstrate how to break down a whole pig. 5. <strong>November 15: Battle Of The Bartenders</strong>

What does it take to be a great mixologist? This November, we’re putting four bartenders to the test with a challenge to create an original cocktail recipe inspired by the flavours of Hong Kong. Four classic ingredients were randomly assigned to each competing bartender.
