With its upbeat, cheerful atmosphere, Bene is a good choice for the festive season delivering top-notch traditional Italian cuisine through family set dinners, brunches, semi-buffet lunches, buffet dinners, and a Christmas Mercato. To begin the celebrations, a special Buon Natale Mercato is taking place on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, presenting an interactive dining experience inspired by Italian marketplaces. Expect bold, rustic, pass-around pastas, seafood, and suckling pig, paired with quality wine and artisanal retail products. For a more laid-back meal with a variety of dishes to choose from, the restaurant is also offering semi-buffet lunches, with a choice of main course including braised Australian beef cheek, squid ink risotto, and a roast platter, complemented by a large selection of cold dishes, soups, freshly-carved meat and more at the buffet counters. Sumptuous Italian brunches and buffet dinners with a holiday spin will also be available.

2. Urban Kitchen

JW Marriott Hotel Macau’s signature all-day dining destination Urban Kitchen will host a tempting Christmas and New Year’s dinners on December 24, 25 and 31. Mouthwatering holiday classics from around the world include Alaskan king crab legs, turkey with condiments, and slow-cooked prime beef. At the live cooking station, guests can witness the culinary craft of the restaurant’s talented chefs as they prepare made-to-order spicy razor clams with yellow wine. To round off the festive meal, guests can opt for a free flow of wines, mulled wine and Beringer Sparkling Rosé, as well as a full spread of Christmas desserts. Note that Christmas and New Year’s here isn’t just a meal—it’s a full celebration of the holidays. Guests will enjoy complimentary party favours on every table, access to the photo booth, and visits from Santa Claus, who will bring mystery gifts to everyone on the night of December 24 and 25.

3. Xin

For families and friends looking to gather in a more intimate setting for the holidays, Asian hot pot restaurant Xin is an ideal choice. Xin is offering its signature hot pot lunch and dinner, with an array of soup bases, meat and seafood, vegetables, and dipping sauces that has something to satisfy every taste. To kick-start a hot, bubbling meal, the restaurant presents an innovative starter, ‘po-pot’, which combines the concept of hot pot and clay pot cuisine in one delicious dish. Additional highlights include the luxury hot pot sets and supplementary items, which feature lobster, geoduck clam, and abalone. For more variety, a special selection of hot dishes are available, as well as live stations with grouper, freshwater prawns, and barbeque items carved to order.

4. StarWorld Hotel

Jade de Jardin, Feng Wei Ju, Laurel and Sensations at StarWorld Hotel present The Eight Great Cuisines dining experience, featuring specially selected Asian lobsters with traditional flavours from the diverse regions of China, including Shandong, Sichuan, Guangdong, Fujian, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Hunan and Anhui. At Sensations, for example, the stir-fried lobster with scallions in broad bean sauce has a fresh and tender taste, while upholding the original flavours of the ingredients, while the simmered lobster with preserved mustard greens combines finely picked Asian lobsters and preserved mustard green, creating a perfect balance between texture and taste. Another highlight, the wok-fried lobster and minced pork with chilli onions is a dish made with soy sauce and emphasis on its meticulous cooking style, which is deeply rooted in Anhui cuisine.
