Use your crowns wisely, and don't forget to loosen your belt
Tonight, a line-up of 13 Hong Kong restaurants will be unleashing their best dishes on the public in one delicious festival, Taste of Hong Kong, taking place on the Central Harbourfront. During the four-day event, visitors will be able to sample some of the city's most iconic restaurant signatures in pint-sized portions from the likes of Aberdeen Street Social, Amber, Arcane, Chino, Duddell's, Serge et le Phoque, Tin Lung Heen, Tosca, Yardbird, Ronin, Bibo, The Ocean, and Cafe Gray Deluxe.
The Hong Kong Tatler Dining team will be at the festival, where we'll be hosting a few of the Chef's Table sessions with noted international chefs including:
Pascal Aussignac of Club Gascon (Thursday 10 March, 8:30pm-9:15pm)
Dave Pynt of Burnt Endz (Friday 11 March, 3:45-4:15pm)
Dan Doherty of Duck & Waffle (Friday 11 March, 2:45-3:15pm)
We'll also be hosting our one-off special #TatlerTable on Friday 11 March, 1:00-2:00pm with a line-up of 12 influential chefs and tastemakers. See you there!
