One of the things Hong Kong does best is definitely dim sum. At the contemporary Cantonese restaurant Cuisine Cuisine at The Mira, a Chinese-style brunch menu featuring five courses is designed for exquisite family gatherings in place of a traditional “yum cha” format. 

With succulent Chinese BBQ meats as an appetiser, there will also be more than 15 options in the all-you-can-eat dim sum menu and a new range of gourmet Chinese dishes, topped off with limitless servings of seven different desserts. While free-flow champagne and wines are on offer, you will not want to miss the restaurant’s premium tea service.

2. Le Grand Brunch at On Dining

Fancy a weekend brunch Parisian style? This one is for you. Starting off with chef Phillippe Orrico’s homemade croissants and pain au chocolats as Le Grand Brunch is divided into five parts: breakfast, aperitif, appetisers, lunch, and dessert. From caviar tartlet to artichoke carpaccio with foie gras, you are signing yourself up for a day’s worth of feasting.

Better yet, a board of cheese from On Dining’s world famous cellar will be brought to the table alongside warm chunks of homemade baguette before the dessert arrives.

After much anticipation, Meats has now launched their new brunch menu that is full of bold, juicy flavours and experimental twists. The casual meat bar serves exciting new dishes as well as much-loved signatures as part of a set or off the a la carte brunch menu.

If brunch classics and egg dishes are not your thing, why not try pasta for a change? Pici’s new pasta bar has opened its doors on Aberdeen Street recently, offering an affordable and casual dining option to the Soho neighbourhood.

In the cosy and inviting 1600 sq. ft. space, there is no reservation and service charge policies. The best part? Their brunch menu features some Italian classics with beef tartare and homemade meatballs as starters and pasta options ranging from carbonara to lasagna. Did we mention it all comes with a complimentary glass of prosecco?
