The steak restaurant at The Langham Hong Kong presents the art of after hours with a whisky-gourmet pairing

This season, Bostonian Seafood & Grill is collaborating with Moët Hennessy Diageo to present the exclusive "Whisky & Gourmet Night" featuring the most popular whiskies ever through one-night-only whisky pairing dinner. The seafood and grill house of The Langham Hong Kong presents a five-course pairing menu featuring five varieties of premium single malt such as Glenkinchie 12 Years Single Malt, Singleton ‘Glen Ord’ 12 Years Single Malt, 12 Years Single Malt from Mortlach; Talisker 10 Years Single Malt; as well as Lagavulin 16 Years Islay Single Malt. The five exclusive whiskies will complement the restaurant’s notable signatures from the menu, including scallop and scampi tail; Bostonian lobster bisque; John Stone dry-aged Tomahawk and Valrhona 80% chocolate. The exquisite whisky pairing menu is priced at HK$988 per person. For one-night-only on December 7, guests can enjoy the special menu with a complementary bottle of ‘Mortlach 12 Years Single Malt’ at HK$1088 per person.
