The Italian restaurant at Harbour City is launching an array of authentic delights featuring the beloved seasonal tuber

Autumn is the best season of the year to celebrate the harvest of Italian white truffles. This season, Paper Moon is showcasing the beloved harvest of the celebrated tuber with a new selection of Italian delicacies.

From now until December 16, guests can sample a range of delectable crafted by the restaurant’s executive chef Giuliano Dacasto. Best shaved tableside as last minute touches to capture the earthy aroma, each featured dish from the seasonal menu will feature three grams of white truffles. The menu includes the establishments notable signatures such as homemade tagliolini with 48-month aged Parmigiano cheese in roasted veal jus, pizza with Roman pork jowl, porcini mushrooms, Taleggio cheese, asparagus, and egg yolk dressing, Robiola cheese fondue with cornmeal cake and duck egg, and Italian veal chop with roasted asparagus and Parmigiano cheese fondue.
