Sheraton Hong Kong’s seafood restaurant collaborates with the historical family for a one-night eight-course wine dinner

This month, Sheraton’s Oyster & Wine Bar is presenting a one-night exclusive dinner featuring the historical E.Guigal family. The hotel’s executive chef Thibault Chiumenti and the restaurant’s resident oyster-expert Oscar Chow are set to design a unique eight-course dinner menu complete with wine pairing, where guests can enjoy with a rare opportunity to meet Philippe Guigal, who will share his best kept wine secrets. The exclusive dinner event is priced at HK$2,288 per person. The cocktail session for dinner commences at 7:30pm on May 29, followed by dinner at 8:00pm.
