When the weather cools down, these warming Vietnamese creations will comfort you

As the weather gets cooler, Le Soleil at the Royal Garden Hong Kong hotel has prepared some warming and comforting dishes by native Vietnamese chef Do Thil Thuy Linh. Not to be missed dishes are the aromatic and tender quail flambé au rum; baked whole snapper in sea salt in Vietnamese-style; diced beef tenderloin with fried egg and onion; baked rice with chicken, shrimp and Chinese sausages served in clay pot in Ho Chi Minh-style; and also the signature hot and luscious beef soup noodles in Le Soleil-style.
