Not to be missed dishes are the aromatic and tender quail flambé au rum; baked whole snapper in sea salt in Vietnamese-style; diced beef tenderloin with fried egg and onion; baked rice with chicken, shrimp and Chinese sausages served in clay pot in Ho Chi Minh-style; and also the signature hot and luscious beef soup noodles in Le Soleil-style.
