The popular Chinese restaurant is presenting an irresistible array of seasonal crab delicacies

This winter, 10 Shanghai is launching a new crab menu, showcasing the best of seasonal crustaceans in a feast of dishes. From now until February 29, 2020, guests can enjoy delicacies from the restaurant’s seven-course set menu, notably including blanched Huadiao drunken prawns with tian ma; crispy taro pastry with crab roe; and show-stopping mains such as sautéed shredded mandarin fish with crab roe; and braised vegetables with scrambled egg whites, crabmeat, and dried scallops. The season's best crab feast is complete with osmanthus pudding with wolfberries and longans. Shaoxing huadiao wine is also available for an additional pairing option throughout the crustacean's best season
