Kerry Hotel’s Chinese restaurant launches a wide variety of warming delicacies
This winter, Hung Tong of Kerry Hotel Hong Kong is offering a series of winter warming dishes throughout the season, prepared by chef Ken Yu. The series of winter delights are prepared with fine ingredients such as snakes, lamb, and Chinese preserved meats. From now until January 15, guests can indulge in a handful of new items such as traditional Chinese snake soup, stewed lamb, mushrooms, and bamboo shoot in claypot, and boiled rice with Chinese preserved meats in clay pot.
